Every login, in Biozenic hands.

Right now your digital footprint is spread across people who each hold a piece of the business. This is the map that fixes that. As we meet the team, we log who holds what today, then move every account into Biozenic ownership under one or two people. LuckyMr coordinates through access you grant us, so you always stay the owner. Fill this in together. It saves as you type.

01

Biozenic owns it

Every account lives under a biozenic.com email, never a personal inbox and never a contractor's. When a person moves on, access transfers instead of disappearing.

02

One or two custodians

A primary keeper (Kelly) plus one backup hold the master logins. Everyone else is granted a role. No more guessing who has the password.

03

We coordinate on delegation

LuckyMr works through delegated roles under our own login, not shared passwords. You stay the owner of everything, start to finish.

The Access Map

Work down the list as you meet each person. Log the current holder, name the target custodian, note the access LuckyMr needs, then tap the status chip to move it from Unknown toward Secured.

OpSec Best Practices

The house rules for keeping Biozenic in control of its own footprint.

Company email as the anchor

Create the accounts under addresses like [email protected], not a gmail or a staffer's personal email. The email is the master key to every reset.

Delegate roles, never share passwords

Use each platform's real access controls: Google Workspace delegated admin, Meta Business partner access, GoDaddy delegate access, WP Engine users, LinkedIn Page admins. Add and remove people cleanly.

One shared vault for the rest

For the handful of logins that cannot be delegated, keep them in one Biozenic-owned password manager (1Password or Bitwarden). No sticky notes, no spreadsheets of plaintext passwords.

Two-factor on the crown jewels

Turn on 2FA for the registrar, email, and hosting first. Point the recovery codes at the custodian, not at a person who might leave.

Protect the mailbox before touching DNS

[email protected] must keep working. Never edit MX or email records during a site migration. Move only the web records, and only after the mailbox is confirmed safe.

Do not cancel Bliss yet

Keep the current host and domain contact active until the domain is transferred into a Biozenic account and the new site is live. Cancel first and you risk losing the domain, the inbox, and the rankings.
